UAD FC atau Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Football Club adalah klub sepakbola milik Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta dan merupakan anggota resmi dari federasi sepakbola Indonesia, Persatuan Sepakbola Seluruh Indonesia (PSSI) Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
UAD FC berdiri resmi sejak 26 Juni 2016 lalu di Yogyakarta. UAD FC selalu rutin mengikuti turnamen resmi PSSI. Saat ini UAD FC berkompetisi di kasta ketiga Liga Indonesia, yang bernama LIGA 3.
